EVENT PLANNING SERVICES
Ministry of Plans offers a variety of event planning services to
its Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Florida clients but not limited to the
surrounding Broward and Dade County Florida areas. These services include
Marriage Proposals, Bridal and Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Reunions,
Anniversaries Ministry Conferences and Repast Planning.
Marriage Proposals

Now that you have found your queen, you are ready to make it official. You
picture this romantic yet elegant scheme to amaze her and to make sure your
effort will be an unforgettable proposal. However, you need some guidance
and a plan to pull it off. Well we are here to assist you. Each proposal
will be unique; our goal is to arrange your ideas along with her liking,
hoping to secure a creation filled with special memories. We promise to keep
it a secret and have created a strategy to help you cover your tracks. After
she says yes, we can further assist you with your (Wedding Plans) too.
Bridal & Co-Ed Bridal Showers
Traditionally we invite our female family members and friends to share
in our happy times, bringing closure to our single life. As your guests arrive
with their gifts, excitement fills the room with hugs, kisses and games.
This atmosphere welcomes the “coming attraction”, which most times than none
is delivered later in the night. This service is available to you however we
believe that our modern Co-Ed Bridal Shower will spark your interest. This
event planning service will enable both genders to mingle in the same atmosphere,
eliminating the “coming attraction”. You will receive all the
traditional attributes but with a classier twist. Invitations may be for couples
only or individuals; we will cater your day to your taste.
Baby & Other Showers
Showers of blessings! A new member of your family is another creation worth
celebrating. With precious planning we will carefully orchestrate your
shower to your choice, understanding that your unborn child is valuable to
you, as the delivery of top service, is to us. We will plan your food; carry
out games and gift-giveaways as well as your thank you notes for your guests.
We can also plan your next Housewarming Shower, offering the same detailed
services.
Parties
We take pride in being part of yet another year of your birth. A traditional celebration or children’s party is not a challenge for us. Got
a relative or friend who is difficult to surprise? Let us plan for you...surprise parties are our specialty! We can keep a surprise and have
created a strategy to keep the surprise a surprise indeed. We plan other
parties with the same care such as; Graduations, Anniversaries and
Retirements. Reunions & Group Trips
Whether you are hosting a family or class reunion, we would not want to miss
your coming together. Talking via telephone and emailing loved ones who are
far away is good, however seeing them is always a treat. Our team of
delegates will work extra hard at making your Florida event a memorable one. We will
plan your days and construct your timelines to avoid any mishaps. Yes, we do
it all! We will receive your correspondences, compose your letters and
activity surveys and collect payments and more. We will prepare your reunion
bags, these bags will include items of your choice as well as your reunion
t-shirts and agendas. Plans for your next Group Trip can be serviced with
this ministry too. We offer the same plans as the reunions, except for the
bagged items. However, the t-shirts are available upon your request. We will
